My St. Patricks Day green is going to be a little different this year. I couldn't find a cute top this year and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a shirt that I would most likely only wear once. Thank God for Target!! For $9 I found a super cute scarf that I'm going to wear as a modern turban.
